New greenfield investment in Szada and further development projects in Dunakeszi

In 2022, our group has launched its largest series of investments to date in the value of approx. HUF 11.5 billion. This was supplemented by a government subsidy of HUF 2.7 billion, thus enabling the firm to establish, among others, a new bar production plant and create one hundred new job positions, announced Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Péter Szijjártó on Monday, at the announcement ceremony, which was held in Szada and was also open to the press.  

In his speech, Bálint Lévai, CEO of BioTechUSA explained that “as part of the investment, we will build an 18,000-square-meter factory, which will be suitable for manufacturing nearly 100 million pieces of premium protein bars a year.” 

We plan on constructing the bar production plant as well as the related warehouse and staff buildings at the Szada Industrial Park, in close proximity to the existing BioTechUSA Logistics Center and Production Plant. The project is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2024.
