The quality of our ingredients determines the character, nutritional value, special properties and enjoyment factor of our products and, ultimately, customer satisfaction, which is why we pay special attention to their careful selection already during product development and procurement.

Our products are made exclusively using high-quality, safe ingredients from controlled sources. Every batch of incoming ingredients and ingredients used during production is tested according to a strict qualification and assessment system. Only ingredients that pass the quality tests without compromise and meet the specified limit values may be used in production. If an ingredient does not meet our criteria, we reject it and send it back.

To ensure the safe delivery and consistent quality of our products, we pay special attention to our use of packaging materials. We always design our product packaging based on the characteristics of the given product, and the packaging process itself also undergoes a thorough internal inspection so that our consumers always receive products of impeccable quality.

We have several laboratories, which allows us to carry out tests on our ingredients for numerous parameters and product properties in-house. We regularly confirm our own results with measurement results from external, accredited laboratories.

Our factories meet the strictest food safety standards both in terms of their technological design and their operation. Our goal is not only for our facilities to meet standards, but to exceed their expectations, while continuously improving our quality and efficiency.

From a hygiene perspective, our production facilities and production lines receive special attention, and in addition, we pay particular attention to the personal hygiene of our employees. We clean our production lines using safe cleaning agents developed for the food industry and purified water. Our factories have controlled temperature and humidity levels, and the right environment for safe food production is ensured by purified air delivered through a special filtration system.

To guarantee consistently high quality, in addition to using the right ingredients, we apply strict technological processes and precise formulations in the manufacture of our products. This means that the ingredients are added to the product in specified quantities, and this so-called weighing process is controlled by a professional software system. In practice, this software solution has enabled us to ensure that our products are always made according to the formulation and that there can be no deviation between production runs. Thanks to this, every step of product manufacturing can be traced through our enterprise management system and safety systems, from the very first step until the finished product is placed in the warehouse.

The next step in our manufacturing process after weighing is to prepare the powder blend. We add every ingredient to the mixing tank in a predetermined order through a control sieve, then, once the mixing time individually specified for the given product has elapsed, we discharge the mixture into filling tanks. The mixing machines are carefully isolated from one another and located in a separate room to avoid cross-contamination.

Every mixing is followed by a sensory test, which our trained specialists carry out for every production batch. We compare the mixed product to a reference standard to make sure that our product always has the right texture, taste and colour. Only after this sensory test can these products proceed to the next stage of production, which is packaging.

In our production facilities, in addition to powdered products, we also manufacture capsule, tablet and bar products. For these products, manufacturing consists of several stages, and the finished products are checked again before they can enter the packaging area.

We carry out more than 230,000 finished product tests a year, averaging nearly 1,000 tests a day, to ensure that our products comply with the strictest internal regulations, food safety standards and quality guidelines.

Our main goal is continuous improvement and achieving the highest possible quality standards, thereby ensuring a positive consumer experience. To achieve this, we hold regular internal and external training sessions to further develop our quality and food safety culture. We are actively developing our factories, tools and equipment in order to guarantee safe, high-quality product manufacturing in the long term across all our brands.
