Students from the China Europe International Business School visited BioTechUSA for the first time
On the 27th of May, around 50 senior executives participating in the GEMBA (Global Executive MBA) programme visited our offices in Budapest. The senior executives, who came from several European, Asian and African countries, visited the most important companies in our region through the China Europe International Business School, in order to gain first-hand experience of the market and economic characteristics of Central and Eastern Europe.
Our guests took part in an informal, two-hour professional discussion with Bálint Lévai, the CEO and co-owner of the BioTechUSA Group. Both parties left with valuable market experience. How was the BioTechUSA brand created? What position does our company hold in global trade? What are our plans for the future? These were some of the questions discussed, along with the opportunities available to Chinese companies in the region’s markets.
As a major European company, we have always placed a strong emphasis on international knowledge transfer. Our senior managers have delivered lectures at Hungarian university ELTE and represented our Group at international scientific conferences. We have also hosted students from various higher education institutions, including the Mathias Corvinus Collegium (MCC), on several occasions.
In addition, we are trying to demonstrate to our international stakeholders the advantages of collaborating with a major domestic company. Several diplomatic representatives from our key export countries have visited us, including His Excellency Saud al-Shamsi, the Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to Hungary, who visited our manufacturing and logistics complex in Szada. Attachees from the European Union’s Working Party on Competitiveness, Growth and Technical Harmonisation have also had the opportunity to observe the manufacturing processes of the BioTechUSA Group.
